Once you've upgraded to the Premium email product, you'll need to adjust your email client setup.
You can access an email server with either an email client program, like Microsoft Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird, Apple Mail, or (our favorite) emClient. You can also use Gmail to access our email server or use webmail- which is a client built in to a web browser.
Client setup:
Incoming IMAP server: mail.mailconfig.net Port 993 (often abbreviated as mail.mailconfig.net:993)
Outgoing SMTP server: mail.mailconfig.net Port 465 (often abbreviated as mail.mailconfig.net:465)
Security setting: use SSL/TLS
and then insert the username and password you were issued. It's good security practice to change your password to something only you know, which you can do in the webmail interface.
